The koshirae is complete and decorated with fittings. The iron tsuba features inlay work with foliage motifs, while the menuki depict dragons in rich gilt detail. The tsuka is wrapped in traditional materials over samegawa (ray skin), providing a secure grip suitable for real use. The saya draws smoothly, revealing the vibrant lacquered groove.
