Lame (刀身): L'acier T10 est réputé pour sa haute teneur en carbone, qui lui confère une résistance exceptionnelle et une capacité de coupe supérieure. Le Hamon ondulé n'est pas seulement esthétique, il témoigne aussi d'une savante trempe différentielle, essentielle pour une lame durablement tranchante. La présence du BO-HI (gouttière) allège la lame et augmente sa maniabilité.
Garde (Tsuba 鍔): Le cuivre sculpté et doré est un choix prestigieux qui allie la solidité du métal à la finesse de l'art japonais, tout en rehaussant l'aspect visuel du katana avec ses motifs dorés.
